Data security is top priority for us at Seshaasai. Any company or customer data that is shared with us is protected at all times. When the same data needs to be captured in products like credit cards or FasTags, it is done through a proprietary software that provides end-to-end encryption for all data. Besides, all the relevant security control systems and protocols, we also ensure that customer data never leaves the premises. No process is sub-contracted or outsourced to third-party agencies. In order to remove any possibilities of breach, use of any external media is disabled on all computers and process systems, and internet facility is not available to users in the process zone.
All our products and solutions are equipped to encrypt all the data that passes through the system. This means that data is protected at all times. Data is only revealed based on the need of the solution or in case of legal requirement..

We have a strict privacy policy that does not allow us to disclose the identity of our clients without explicit consent. Our clients are spread across BFSI, education, mass transit and transport, healthcare and wellness, retail, and government sectors.
We request you to ensure that data shared with us is always encrypted so that there is data security maintained during transit and at rest. All our applications are set to purge the data post output generation. Hence, no data resides with Seshaasai unless you require us to store customer data for a brief period. On termination of contracts, we follow the post-expiry data management guidelines as prescribed by the agreement.
